"We requested a handicap accessible room with 2 beds. They provided neither. We were told that breakfast was available until 10:00 am and were turned away at 9:35. I recommend spending the extra 10-20 dollars for a Marriot or Hilton brand, if available."

Most annoying thing is we booked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub but it was under renovation and at no point in time did we get any heads up that it was not going to be open during our stay.
