「The setting was beautiful and peaceful and the cabin was generally nice. The interior was clean but rough around the edges. It felt like it was a cabin used frequently by a family with many things in various state of needing repair. I had to fix two light fixtures to get them to work and I had to pound down nails in the floorboards that would otherwise cut our feet. 「We stayed here as a nice Christmas getaway weekend for our family. We booked tickets on The Polar Express train in Cumberland, MD, so this was a great location for both our event and to explore Cumberland. 「We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had absolutely beautiful views of the mountains, surrounding farmland, cows, and birds—so peaceful and relaxing.
