Host was very responsive and we had no problems. Each bedroom is on a different level ; however, the stairwell going down into the lower level is very tiny and a large adult would have a lot of trouble with that. There is an external door to enter that space - but hard to get to in the snow. It’s cozy and comfortable and the location is great.

Issues during our stay:-There were issue with internet, router needed rebooting every few hours.-1st floor Toilet does not flush.Issue with the booking:- The photos are misleading, there is photo tagged as game room but there is no such room just a game table.- The loft is tagged as a room

Beautiful view easy parking beds good clean easy communication great location for access to lake and hiking parksNot for someone with mobility issues. Looks large on outside but really more like a condo. Very tight spiral staircases beds on 3 separate levels.

With what we paid for the stay, the place was no more than adequate. Nothing special at all. It was smaller than described and some things were in disrepair. One of the kitchen table stools came apart while I was sitting on it and the sink in the kitchen did not drain water properly.

When I arrived the place was dirty. The bedroom beds were unmade with dirty sheets. Dirty towels in the bathroom. I notified the owner and she did have the cleaners come. When we came into the clean place a used condom wrapper was found in the downstairs bedroom. There were dirty socks left under the bed in the basement. The tubes filled with water while showering and kitchen sink was always filled with water. The positive was it was close to everything.

Great location for exploring Deep Creek and the surrounding areas! This rental was perfect for our family of 5 (with grown children in their 20s). Upper and lower bedrooms via spiral staircase may be difficult for people with mobilities or with really small children, but it was perfect for us. Walk to excellent pizza at Brenda’s and coffeeshop! Beautiful view of lake from deck with functional gas fire table to enjoy cool evenings. Eleni was very responsive and accommodating- great to work with!

PLEADE READ ENTIRE REVIEW. This rental was undoubtedly the worst stay in my experience with VRBO. The condo was dirty with mold, mildew and dust. Please understand it is three floors with narrow spiral staircases conecting each floor. The spiral staircase going to the basement floor is so narrow you can't get a normal suitcase down it. There is a dehumidifier in the bedroom that actually empties water into a drain o the floor - in the bedroom! There is no AC on this floor! Because of this there was mold and mildrew growing on the doors. The bottom floor was unusable for our group, therefore one person had to sleep on the sofa on the main floor. The main floor has a portable AC unit that barely kept that floor comfortable on a July weekend. The kitchen is fairly well furnished. The loft (which they call a bedroom) has a window AC unit that was covered in a half inch of dust. It is also plugged into a surge protector that comes halfway up the wall. Can you say "janky"? We arrived late Friday night and literally had to make the best of a horrible situation. We contacted the host first thing Saturday morning to request a thorough cleaning of the property. After going back and forth basically all day, it never happened. We were in town for the funeral of a dear friend, honestly this is the last thing we wanted to deal with. I reported this property to VRBO and am still in negotiations regarding.

Great location and perfect place for a quick baseball tournament stay. Near plenty of food places, things to do and very quiet. Owners are very responsive to any questions.

Pictures are a little off. Much smaller than we thought. My husband and I are not damn people and if it were necessary to go up or downstairs it would have been very difficult. But it was adaquate for our needs.

Great little spot for three younger people looking to explore the area. Four would have been a tight squeeze. Spiral staircase that is used to access 2/3 sleeping areas was also a tighter squeeze. Owner was communicative and responsive. Pleasant little weekend!

Got charged 100 for a remote that supposedly got melted that was damaged when we got there, we never even used the remote because the WiFi didn’t work the whole stay

Senior Girls Get Away

The owner was very responsive. However, I would not recommend this property to seniors. The kitchen chairs were high tops as well as the deck chairs which was not comfortable. Also the downstairs winding stairs are hard to manage and the upstairs wasnt much easier for seniors along with the fact that there is no bathroom upstairs. Also, the kitchen supplies could stand an update. Overall we enjoyed our stay but woud recommend it for younger folks.

Weekend get away

The place was basically as described in the listing. A little bit of TLC would go along way for this property. We had major issues trying to get the TVs to work. We never did get the one in bedroom working. We had to restart the modem several times a day to get the one working in the main living area.

It was ok, house did have a weird smell at first had to go buy freshers. Master bedroom bedding wasn’t fresh. Blinds was broken, tv in the family room was broke. But we loved the condo and the area it was close to everything
