「Very unclean and old. Our sheets had many runs in them. Floors dirty, room smelled. Just not a pleasant stay at all.」

「It’s an older property but has been nicely renovated. Staff was supportive and friendly. Everything was good during our 3 night stay EXCEPT our neighbors had a very large gathering right outside our door. 2nd night staff asked them to move, they did, and it was manageable. Our last night they were vulgar, loud, and constant until 11:45 PM. We don’t know why the staff did not enforce the 10PM quiet time. We will not stay at this property next time and take a chance our vacation would be spoiled.」

「Although we went up during Laconia bike week 2026, the property was still maintained. It's a beautiful area up there in Meredith. The lake is so pretty. All the amenities and areas around the lake are well kept and maintained. It was quiet, our room had a balcony which looked right out onto the lake (the lake is across the street) I didn't get to use or enjoy the hot tub or the pool but it was beautiful. I wish we weren't so busy because I would have definitely used it. The only difficult part...

「The Inn is an absolute gem the grounds are beautiful , rooms are updated and ver clean. Mr favorite was the Latte machine in the common room. We will definitely be returning .」

「It was super sketchy looking when we pulled up. Checked in and the lobby smelled, parked car around back and it was a bit scary. Walked into room that didnt feel safe, place smelled. The bathtub was old blue and dirty. The beds had large pivots in them, I was scared to use blacklist on bedding. My daughter didnt want to spend night as it was disgusting and she didn't feel safe. We didn't go back, drive home 3 hours instead. They would not refund me any money, not even a call back. $175...
