Die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.In der schönen Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.Fahrtzeit nach Pisa 1 Stunde 45 Minuten und Florenz 1 Stunde 25 Minuten. Überall hohe Absätze zwischen den Türen. ( mein Mann ist gleich gestürzt ). Es gab kein Licht im Schlafzimmer, Elektrik gefählich, im " Bad" Schimmel, gerissene Glasscheibe, kaputte Fließen, und..und..und. Wir sind nach einer Nacht abgereist, das Bett war...

"Our family had a wonderful time staying at this villa. It was a beautiful oasis in the hills with a sparkling pool and every comfort you might need in the house. The hosts, Luisa and Mauricio are the epitome of Italian hospitality and perfectly walked the line between making us feel welcome and not intruding on our space. We wish we could have stayed longer. "Het is een privé huis midden in de bergen. Het zwembad is ook alleen voor je eigen gebruik. Er liggen naast nog 2 a 3 huizen die verhuurd worden, maar tijdens ons verblijf werd dit niet verhuurd. Het zwembadmobulair is inderdaad verouderd. Dit had ik al gelezen in eerdere berichten. Daarom hadden wij zelf 2 ligbedden mee genomen. Heel de week loopt er een tuinman rond die de tuin en het zwembad onderhoud. Het is er heerlijk rustig en onze hond was ook van harte welkom. Echt wandelen met de hond...

Nous avons été accueillis par Anna qui a été parfaite et efficace à notre service pour résoudre les petits tracas et faire de notre séjour un excellent moment en famille. " Wir hatten uns sehr auf den Aufenthalt gefreut, aber leider haben wir das Haus nicht in dem Zustand vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Das Haus war deutlich mehr runtergekommen als auf den Bildern, und wirklich sauber war es auch nicht... Es gab an einigen Wänden Schimmel und Wasserflecken und der Gemeinschaftspool war Grün. "This was probably the most happy we have ever stayed at a property. The restaurant there was fantastic, pasta and pizza options. All fresh and prepared with love every day. The employees were awesome and did everything in their power to make our stay great. We absolutely did not want to leave. We will be back at some point. The location is in a great little village that is gorgeous and quiet. If you don't mind some driving in is pretty much centralized to most of attractions in central and northern Italy."

"Grand hotel Cappuggi did not disappoint. I stayed with my 3 children for 10 nights end of june , start of july. Very reasonably priced 4* hotel experience haf by all. A little out of town (2 miles) but free shuttle bus (or taxi if not available) shows excellent customer care. Receptionists very helpful, cleaners nice and cheerful. Fabulous swimming pool essential in 38° temperatures. Football and tennis available. Ball provided keeping my boys well entertained. Thiroughly recommend this hotel as a point from where to explore Tuscany and further afield. "
