Muri Homeland villa. Hidden Gem located in the foothills of Muri on a quiet side street, only a few minutes walk to the tourist hub of Muri Lagoon – with all its water activities, cafes and restaurants.

Hire kayaks or SUP boards or just relax and enjoy their superb coffee. Try some of Rarotonga’s tastiest Asian inspired dishes at The Rickshaw Hut, experience Cook Islands culture at Te Vara Nui or a cocktail at The Sailing Club overlooking the scenic lagoon. Muri Beach is one of our most popular swimming, snorkeling and kayaking spots with beautiful views out to the motu (islets) and the ocean beyond.

  • After husking and grilling coconuts following amazing recipes I promised I won't disclose, we wanted some rest by the lagoon to enjoy the surroundings and incredible locals (those guys are absolutely amazing!!). We discovered this place slightly out of town but still at walking distance where we could enjoy the lagoon with Kayaks or even walking during low tide. We could enjoy the beaches on small islands facing the deck only inhabited by beautiful crabs. #LifeAtExpedia

i love spacious lounge, beautiful garden, close to the muri beach, and there's supermarket & restaurant. if there is Wi-Fi network, that would be great!

All the essentials

Clean, tidy with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Things that made that difference were heaps of beach and shower towels so you don’t need to bring any extra and a kitchen with all the basics including coffee plunger and things like plastic click clack boxes, super handy. 2 minutes walk from Muri beach and night market. Nice quiet spot with grass for kids to play on and away from the common wind at beach front places. Only noise was cockerells. Great home and would highly recommend.
