This home has 3 spacious bedrooms on the living & kitchen level (older folks) and 2 more and a TV/Game room below (teenage boys ) We especially liked the large back deck lake view, galley kitchen with modern appliances, a special tap for drinking water and the driveway basketball hoop. The living room has a nice couch and desk with 2 monitors. WI-FI worked well.Our dog loved the big yard and the designated pet relief area.The main drawback was that lake access within walking distance was 2 tiny "beaches." and the view of the lake is minimal. We enjoyed Elk Rapids, a 20-minute drive, with large beaches, shops, bars and restaurants and the Art Walk, a wooded trail with 35 sculptures--all close to each other.
