The apartment does not have private parking, but there is a convenient paid parking lot just a few steps away.

• We offer a crib and high chair on request for children aged 0 to 2.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including linens.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We’re happy to welcome your four-legged friends, subject to request and confirmation.
• Extra cost: €30 per stay.
• In case of any damage to furniture or fabrics, a charge will apply.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €2.50 per person per day, for up to 10 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will apply.

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
