Hot and bug bitten
The air conditioning units all made the power short out for the entire place. You couldn’t leave the windows open because there were no screens. We tried to get air circulating to cool down by opening a couple of windows. Then we were bitten by mosquitoes every night while trying to sleep in a hot noisy apartment. Dogs were barking from the unit below us. I stayed 5 days. It was all prepaid and they did not fix the air or consider any reimbursement for not having air conditioning. It was some sleepless bug bitten nights. I will be calling the owner. I can’t help but think that the property management company is not representing them professionally as with faulty electrical systems. Well, I slept in a building that was not only uncomfortable but also a fire hazard. I regret booking them. I have a complaint filed with them, but they haven’t contacted me back since I filed it. Don’t waist your time with this place. I totally regret it. The town of Rapallo is awesome though. Check it out.
