"We had a great time here - it's the perfect location for North Beach; we loved the community pools, tennis court, pickleball court at the home, the 3 kitchens. Lots of pros - enough space for 20 (11 of us were young children). It would be really tight for more than that. Good water pressure and enough hot water for showers. Air conditioning was great. Property manager very friendly and communicative. Plenty of parking for 6 cars. Didn't have time for theater room except that 2 older kids...

"The cabin needed some fixing. The bunk beds were very wobbly and unusable, the a/c floor unit had tubing that had come out of the window and duct tape. The wifi and tv didn’t work. When I asked about the wifi I was told it was working and to check it was plugged in. It was plugged in and didn’t work the whole night. The wifi worked if you walked outside of the cabin. "
