「At this price i found it ok. Don't go with high expectations in terms of facilities such as basic amenities, because it looks more house than a hotel. Overall cleaning is good and most important it is very near to Assi Ghat. 」

Without verifying the details the executive at breakfast has stated I am not entitled to free breakfast and asked to pay the amount. Leaving breakfast I was forced to rush to the room and show the receipt I was entitled to free breakfast.」

「Despite having a reservation and completing the payment, I was repeatedly told that there was no reservation under my name. Showing the reservation number and my smartphone screen didn't help. Finally, I was able to confirm the reservation through email.」

「No Room Service. A/C maintained from the reception. They don't give you the remote for A/C. Though booked for 3 adults deluxe room provided only 2 bedded room. Room is not well maintained.TV channels limited only free channels you can see they have not subscribed with the channels. No Restaurant of it's own. 1 St. Day We were puzzled . Left the hotel in 3 days though booking was of 4 nights.」

The area around the guest house was convenient, 15 min walk to Assi Ghat. A bunch of 3 wheelers around. List of tea stall. The room was okay. The bathroom not so much. 」

「This hotel is OK if you dont want hot running water on demand in the evenings. If you do, you need to ask the staff to switch on the immersion heater 30 minutes before you want your shower! On our last morning, there was also no hot running water. Instead, we were presented with a bucket of hot water. There is AC in the room but this is used to cool the room only and not heat the room. 「This is not hotel. Seems like a Airbnb. Very disappointed abot the services. I never stayed this kind of hotel my life. No restaurant, pool or Gym, but saying 4 Star. It is a house converted 8 room hotel. Don't be a stupid that everything pictures saying as a perfect. I don't know why website saying Four Star.
