"We arrived late due to a flight delay and our cabin was just what we needed after a long travel day. We loved our cabin. We staying in the Sinking Ship and loved it. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was the perfect location to Bryce Canyon NP. The coffee on site was really good! I enjoyed walking down in the mornings to grab my coffee. I loved our stay and would definitely come back and stay here again!"

"Perfect for a stay at Bryce Canyon. We stayed in the family cabin and it was perfect- 3 beds, 2 full baths, full kitchen with utensils etc. washer and dryer in unit. 15 minute drive into the canyon. Quiet, scenic and peaceful grounds. Lovely staff. Walkable to a general store and gas station. Absolutely recommend."

"Great little farmhouse pretty close to Bryce Canyon and other state parks (Grand staircase and Kodachrome). I think it took us about 20 minutes to get to all of those. Listing was accurate and the house fit what we needed perfectly. Lots of comfortable sitting space in the living room for when we got back from long hikes. Communication with Tom was easy and the whole process was simple. Many deer in the yard each day for some fun viewing. Great little house that had everything we needed."

"I really liked this place. The room layout was great, and the mini kitchen had all the basics—utensils, a hot plate, toaster oven, and a full-size microwave. The patio was awesome too, with a sofa, lounge area, fire pit, and grill, all gas powered. It’s also much better than a typical tent setup since it’s built with solid panels and glass, which makes it way more comfortable and better for temperature control. I’d 100% stay here again."
