Dirtiest and most rundown hotel I have ever stepped into. The hallways were dilapidated and in much need of repair. The whole place smelled of stale smoke. Our room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like smoke, and the light didn't even work. We just walked right out and booked a room elsewhere. Didn't even bother to talk to the staff. They were pretty unhelpful and seemed not to know how to check people in.

The staff were very kind and helpful! The security guard even noticed my trunk was opened and closed it for me. I’ve stayed twice and both times the hotel and room was very clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. My only two complaints would be that the music in the lobby is loud and annoying and that the breakfast isn’t worth the price. But those things won’t keep from staying again when I’m in the area. I think the hotel clerk was Miranda in the evening and she was above and beyond friendly!
