「The staff was very friendly and helpful as usual, you will be in the heart of The Avenues mall the biggest mall of Kuwait, all the shops are just few steps away. The breakfast was delicious and there was a new crepe station with freshly made crepes.」

「The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is a stunning hotel with great facilities, but their front desk service and room management were incredibly disappointing. I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. Instead, they downgraded me to a handicap-accessible room, and it wasn't even ready until very late at night. To make it worse, the communication was nonexistent. I clearly told the front desk that my local Kuwaiti SIM was turned off and asked them...

「スタッフの方々は皆優しく、フレンドリー且つ丁寧な対応でした。早く到着しましたが、アーリーチェックインしてくれたし、午後4時くらい発の飛行機だったため、ホテルの方がレイトチェックアウトにしてもいいと言ってくださいました。部屋は綺麗で掃除が行き届いていて、とても居心地が良かったです。唯一の難点は、コンセントの差し込みがうまく行かず、解決するのに時間がかかりました。」
