I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel has the facilities you could expect or beyond your expect. And my room is amazing and tidy, and has a very modern vibe, and the amenities inside are nice as well. Moreover, most of the staff I met are friendly and professional, especially the manager Emane and her team, they prepared a birthday surprise to me, made me feel really loved and appreciated. Also I would like to thank Mr. Shailendra, he is welcoming and offered a very heartfelt service when I had breakfast. Thanks Grand Hyatt Kuwait !

I liked the room size and the variety of food in the restaurants, I did not like the staff attitude and behavior, they have no sense of hospitality, they are not welcoming or friendly. Waited for more than 3 hours to get the room, there was no amenities available in the toilet and when I requested the housekeeping staff just throw them in the room at the TV table and not arranged in the toilet, moreover, next day they didn’t replaced the used towels I have to request that, I paid at the reception for one day breakfast but when I went to the  restaurant to have it the staff their told me that my room number is not registered and I didn't pay for it, I have to go back to the reception to sort it out, good that I have my bank message shows the amount that been deductedfor the breakfast and the transaction was done, the whole stay I was annoyed from the staff treatment.
