「Heater would blow cold air. You get one sheet and a thin blanket. Froze all night. The fridge doesnt work just made noise all night. Showers need a curtain, you have to step out in cold puddles of water to get shampoo and the tile is uneven. You get one towel. Not enough parking spaces. I will be staying in spirit lake again but never staying here again」

「The overall tone of the hotel was excellent. The pool was a real bonus especially with their 24 hour plan. Breakfast was the only bummer and it was what you would expect for a hotel breakfast just not 5 star. Staff was pleasant and for the most part helpful although we had a little snafu about our rooms and one of the desk clerks tried to check in someone else while we were still in the room. The room was clean and well appointed but no roll in shower for handicap and no shower bench. We made...

「Clean and new room. Staff was nice and helpful. Downside of being so close to the highway is LOTS of traffic noise. Worst part was the mattress. For being such a nice new place, it doesnt make sense why they have such cheap junk mattresses. We ended up sleeping on the futon in our room because it was so horribly uncomfortable. Its 2026, who even uses spring mattresses anymore?」

「Once I figured out the no-staff check in process, everything was perfect.」

「Had a great stay!」

「時差で早めに到着してしまいましたが快く対応して下り大変助かりました。施設内の清掃が行き届いていて、気持ちよく滞在。ありがとうございます。」

「one of the elevator was out of order. No explanation about breajfast when checking in. My resuest of printing receipt was declined and I have not received the receipt by email.」

「朝食は、アメリカらしいですね。 期待しすぎない事です。とにかくコーヒーが美味しかった。スタッフもよく、全体的に良いホテルです。」

「Amazing managers and staff are willing to make your stay special ❤️❤️」

「Our rooms were clean and nicely furnished. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Convenient location and parking.」

「The hotel was having a roof replaced during our stay. It was quite loud in the morning. The hotel has very thin doors- you could hear everything happening in the hallway. It suited us well for our overnight stay. It wasn’t terrible, just wasn’t great either.」

「The room was super clean The heater was pretty loud. The ceiling fan in bathroom needed dusting but everything else was very nice! Would stay again. Good location. Jimmy’s on the street very good」

「Good: Everything was VERY clean; unusually comfortable beds for a hotel-wonderful; 4 pillows per bed; pleasant, helpful staff; check-in and -out were smooth and quick. Bad: Proximity to 95 made for a somewhat noisy night; breakfast was sparse, with coffee and pancake machines and cellophane-wrapped egg sandwiches in a cooler.」

「The hot tub was closed, the breakfast is very slim Pickens and they ran out of syrup, and pancake batter an hour into the breakfast」
