Super close to everything; parking was not an issue. Very clean! Microwave and fridge in suite; hot water and clean renovated room with plenty of space for unpacking; hard floors and clean air.

The cleanliness was excellent and the location was within walking distance of several stores, diners and bars. Only drawback was that parking is somewhat limited. I'd be comfortable recommending to friends.

This was a great property while attending the Ironman. Location was central and could walk everywhere. We didn't even move our vehicle from the parking lot. Rooms were clean, and Jennifer the host was very helpful and accommodating.

Very nice stay

Very nice hotel. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Conveniently within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants. Here to run CDA Half Marathon. I could walk to/from race start/finish. I really enjoyed early mornings and evenings outside in the gazebo area.

Updated, modern clean motel room at affordable price. Comfortable bed, room and able to take business meetings from room with ease. Easy walk to great shops in downtown Coeur D”Alene. Walk to lake and Tubbs Hill hike. Property manager friendly, available and gave great tips for enhancing stay. I would definitely stay again!! Convenient to Spokane —kids were in PNQ vball tournament (love Idaho gas prices!!)
