「Stayed 3,nights- would have stayed forever! Rick and staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly- the property was immaculate and maybe the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Rick was so knowledgeable about the island - had the answers for everything- such a lovely, relaxing stay, we will definitely be back!」

「Biggest downfall was the elevators out of order and not fixed on the day they said would be fixed, my elderly friend didn't leave much because of that issue and they could only get another room for us from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor which required 4 flights of stairs; the balcony furniture was torn in many places; the pull-out couch was uncomfortable; neighbors beside us smoke marijuana a lot and it filled our room with the smell; suggest to have a written paper of what all is offered rather...

「This was a very nice property and well equipped. We were there for three nights four days and spent all our time walking to and from all the places / things we wanted to do. The patio terrace was great and sitting out there in the afternoons and late at night watching the people walk by was interesting. Would highly recommend this property and when we return to the keys, this will definitely be on our list of places to stay.」

「The property was well located in Key West, being close to many of the activities. We rented a golf cart for convenience and were happy with our central hub being the VRBO property. Also, when at our place, we enjoyed the massive outdoor space, in the form of an amazing natural courtyard with native plants and trees, as well as the pool, hot tub, and beach,…we walked along the beach several times.」

「Overall we had a positive experience, but there were some hiccups. There was an error with charging our card initially - not a huge issue, but I expect the charges that are incurred to match what VRBO says will be charged - even if off by just 0.01. The hosts did respond and let me know that the error was with their system processor, but in hindsight it as a bit telling. The unit is difficult to find as the numbers on the exterior of the building are not the same as the unit number for this...

「They did not have a room for me when i arrived. Said there was nothing they could do. I was left stranded and ended up paying twice the price for a worst room which was all I could find.」

「No complaints at all - we have stayed at the Galleon before and this is an excellent unit with a recent refurb and an owner who was great at communicating. We like E block for the marina view. The mezzanine worked well - there is a bathroom and a bedroom up there with a further bed on the mezzanine balcony. There are no blinds or curtains on the mezzanine windows which was fine in March but might be a challenge in the summer with an earlier dawn! We had a great stay. 」
