「I booked a room overlooking the trees, as shown on Expedia, for nearly £300 a night to celebrate our anniversary. Instead, I was given the room shown in the attached photos. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The moment I saw the room and its “view”, the mood of our anniversary was ruined. This was not what I had booked or expected to receive for nearly £300 a night. When I questioned the view, I was told that it was the only room available and that I would have to pay...

「This hotel is seriously tired. And consequently it feels unkept. Expensive for what it was and if it wasn’t for proximity to East Surrey Hospital, I would not have stayed.」

「空港と連絡していて便利です。 ホテルのスタッフの方はとても親切です。」

「清潔ではあるが古いは古い」

「The White Horse Inn is exactly what we were looking. We stayed in the larger "fancy" room and it was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bar in the inn was as it looked in the pictures - cozy and quaint. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was excellent.」

「The hotel is a business focused conference venue with good facilities and loads of meeting rooms. My only complaint was restaurant closes at 9:00 and there is no room service.」

「空港直結。朝食付。これだけの条件で不満が出るでしょうか?」

「Paying 19£ a night to park is daylight robbery!」

「Staff at front are ver kind and friendly. 」

「帰りはシャトルを知り空港まではスムーズに移動できました。」

「オーナーさんが優しくて居心地の良いホテル」

「少し古い印象。部屋に水が無かったので、バーで買う必要があった。」

「Good hotel & Politely staff! Good atmosphere! Near air port.」

「Eva at check in was super helpful」
