One star for the good view, and that is it. Stingy nasty smelly sewer; foul odor comes from toilet, sink and bathtub drains. Lines of ants in the kitchen. Smelly trash was still in the kitchen when we checked in. Refrigerator did not work. Only two dirty bath towers. No hand, floor, or other towers. No way to contact manager/owner during your stay. She only pickup the phone when you check out and return the key. Crazy noise from the hall. Grow-up people and children running and yelling in the hall and you hear everything through the wall and door.

Tôi vừa ở FLC Sea Tower Quy Nhơn 1 tuần để nghỉ ngơi và làm việc nhẹ. Nhìn chung trải nghiệm ổn và đúng với kỳ vọng. Căn hộ rộng vừa, sạch sẽ, đồ đạc ở mức cơ bản nhưng dùng tốt. Có bếp, tủ lạnh, máy giặt, nồi chảo và chén bát nên ở lâu khá tiện, nhất là những ngày muốn ăn đơn giản tại phòng hoặc giặt đồ không phải mang ra ngoài. Ban công nhìn ra biển, buổi sáng mở cửa ra khá mát, ngồi uống cà phê cũng dễ chịu. Vị trí tòa nhà thuận tiện, đi bộ vài phút là ra biển. Xung quanh có nhiều quán ăn, cà phê và cửa hàng tiện lợi nên sinh hoạt rất dễ. Buổi tối khu vực khá đông khách du lịch nên hơi nhộn nhịp, đôi lúc hành lang có tiếng ồn nhẹ, nhưng trong phòng vẫn chấp nhận được. Check-in không phức tạp, chủ nhà hướng dẫn rõ qua tin nhắn và phản hồi nhanh khi tôi hỏi thêm. Trong 1 tuần ở đây, điều hòa hoạt động ổn, nước nóng ổn định, Wi-Fi dùng tốt cho nhu cầu cơ bản. Điểm trừ nhỏ là thang máy vào giờ cao điểm hơi đông, đôi khi phải chờ. Tổng thể, với mức giá và vị trí, tôi thấy hợp lý và sẽ cân nhắc quay lại.

Lưu trú tại FLC Sea Tower khiến tôi cảm nhận được sự khác biệt rõ rệt so với các khách sạn truyền thống. Đây là căn hộ du lịch dạng condotel – không chỉ có giường ngủ, mà còn đầy đủ bếp, máy giặt, tủ lạnh, bàn ăn, ban công rộng… Rất phù hợp cho gia đình hoặc nhóm bạn thích tự do sinh hoạt như ở nhà. Không gian thoáng, sạch, thiết kế hiện đại, view biển siêu đẹp. Buổi sáng có thể pha cà phê ngồi ngoài ban công, nghe tiếng sóng biển – một trải nghiệm khó tìm ở khách sạn thông thường. Dưới chân toà nhà là khu ẩm thực và café sôi động, rất tiện mà không cần di chuyển xa. Tuy nhiên, toà nhà không có bãi đậu xe riêng và không cung cấp buffet sáng như khách sạn. Nhưng bù lại, sự riêng tư, thoải mái, và linh hoạt khi ở đây thực sự khiến chuyến đi trở nên đáng nhớ và “có chất” hơn hẳn.

Điểm cộng lớn là vị trí đắc địa, chỉ cần đi bộ vài phút là tới bãi biển hoặc chợ đêm, thuận tiện di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan trong thành phố. Lễ tân tòa nhà và đội ngũ an ninh thân thiện, hỗ trợ tận tình. Tuy nhiên, do đây là mô hình căn hộ cho thuê ngắn ngày chứ không phải khách sạn truyền thống, nên sẽ không có dọn phòng hàng ngày, không phục vụ ăn sáng. Khách cần chủ động giữ gìn vệ sinh và liên hệ chủ nhà nếu cần hỗ trợ. Một lưu ý nhỏ là hệ thống thang máy đôi khi quá tải vào khung giờ cao điểm. Dù vậy, với mức giá hợp lý và trải nghiệm như ở nhà, mình thấy đây là lựa chọn rất đáng thử khi đến Quy Nhơn.
