Hotel was generally clean. None of the listed amenities were available. No towels in the rooms, TV did not work had to supply batteries for the remote. Perhaps this hotel is more geared for local travel but not for tourists. Key card did not work and key provided had wrong information. Room was nice and spacious. Washroom was very clean and modern. Room had a nice nook with table and chairs.

Lovely, cozy hotel in a very convenient location. I loved my room! The staff was really good, very nice, professional and accommodating. The breakfast was very limited, very plain and simple. No healthy choices.

The room and the bathroom were very spacious and very clean. Location is very close to historic district of Quito. Parking just in front of hotel. Very friendly staff at the reception and a really cool and chill guard dog. The rooftop bar is fantastic. Breakfast was good, but just basic.

The decor is exquisite! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved the room, the view from the rooftop and the location which is close to Independence Square.

La experiencia fue muy buena, personal amable y servicial. La habitacion muy amplia y bien cuidada. La ubicacion esta cerca al centro historico. Mi unico inconveniente fue el wifi a veces no tenia señal y no podia ver television en la habitacion (netflix, etc)
