キトゥンベ ホテル

「Not bad. Not good. Communication is lacking here.」

「The loveliest one night stay at Friends Hotel. Checked me in as soon as I arrived even though it was many hours before check in time (greatly appreciated as I was so tired!) Clean, comfy room with a balcony giving views up the mountain. Delicious breakfast with great views from the rooftop. Couldn't be more accomodating. Wish I had stayed longer, will definitely be back!」

「Great hotel and great customer service highly recommended!」

「The hotel from outside was simple but once you go inside the doors I was impressed how well maintained and clean it was. The rooms are large and immaculately clean. The area has everything you need to walk to , restaurants, cafes, sites. I felt very safe staying here. They open the front door and lock them when you need to leave. Very friendly staff. They even made us breakfast to go and coffee for our early morning flight.」

「You get what you pay for. The positives-right in the heart of Old Town, nice rooftop view, clearly an older building with lots of history, breakfast included, the price can’t be beat The negatives-I had a lot of luggage (just returned from dive trip in Galapagos), and had to haul it up 3 flights of stairs and it was a maze to get to, the shower did not drain and there were a few bugs in it, the bed was very hard All in all, I can’t complain because it was very cheap. But I should know better as...

「We arrived midnight to the hotel, even so, friendly night manager and the sensible bell boy were on duty and welcomed us warmly. 」

「Beautiful, beautiful hotel. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Loved my stay!」

「朝8時についたが、フロントの対応が素晴らしかった。karenさん。」

「30分おきに空港の送迎があり、朝食も6時からです。この朝食がとても素晴らしいです。同じ系列でも、このホテルは部屋の設備も良かったです。」

「 The location is very good. It’s in front of the plaza Santo Domingo. A family devotion to the business makes you feel very comfortable. They have everything except a trash box in your room.」

「Nice hotel. Very good place to visit "La Ronda". Attention was kind and efficient. Toilet was a bit narrow but clean and sufficient to only two nights stay.」
