"From the moment we stepped on the property we knew that this would be a place where we could relax. The home was very clean and had many supplies for us to use. The boat dock was perfect for our boat and the outside patio area is where we spent most of our time. This was a great place to kick your feet up and relax at the lake!"

"This is a perfect space for family. Although our visit was not for pleasure, it was wonderful for the group. The home is well equipped to hold a large group with space upstairs that was perfect for the youth to hang out. "No luxuries at all. The toilet in the hall was like riding A bucking bronco. It’s clearly not attached to the floor & is leaking somewhere. The kitchen was seriously infested with teeny tiny ants…eeeew! Not enough towels & extra blankets. Tons of goose poop in the yard leading to the lake…like a mine field. The fire pit was great & we enjoyed using it each evening. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay with our family."

"We had a wonderful time on Orchard Island! Such a friendly area. Our trip was to see the eclipse and we were not disappointed. We would love to come back in the summer and actually use the lake! We were saddened by all the tornado damage in the area but Chris was so helpful about keeping us updated on the house and businesses in the area. We were happy to come and support the area."
