"The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and feels like an oasis in La Fortuna. The staff was so nice and helpful. They helped book all our tours, they even prepared us breakfast to go when we left early on our departure day. The property is so well kept and the hot springs are great to relax in after exploring and hiking. The restaurant on site has delicious food. This hotel and the staff helped make our trip so memorable."

"Excellent staff and hotel. It really felt like you were in the rainforest. We would wake up earlier each morning to listen to the rainforest with our coffee from the balcony. The last morning we saw toucans flying overhead in the trees. The included breakfast is amazing and staff is so helpful. Antonio was a great server and Kevin at the front desk was so helpful with local recommendations. I recommend doing Kevin’s nighttime rainforest walk to see so many animals, which was complimentary with our stay. If I’m ever back, I’m 100% staying here again. We rented a car so the included gated parking lot was perfect for us."

"It's better to have an all terrain vehicle to get to this hotel, Not all the roads are paved, and when driving in rural areas in CR you will encounter a lot of dirt roads. The property has a unparalleled views of the volcano , lake and jungle. The breakfast has a variety of fruits, bread, and protein. They also offer activities and excursion. There are wild animals roaming the gardens , and people visit this place just to catch a glimpse of all the birds, It is truly a beautiful and unique experience to stay here."

"This lodge is absolutely stunning! It’s the perfect place to see tons of animals, eat amazing food, and really feel like you are deep in the rainforest. They organized our tours—even have some right on the property—which made the whole trip so seamless and effortless. Plus, relaxing in the hot springs after a busy day of adventures was just the best. We will be returning !"
