"The room needed a good bit of updates, and the needed repairs are definitely being neglected. That being said, the room served its purpose of a bed, running hot water, and coffee. One issue that wasn’t a big deal was that the bathroom outlets didn’t work. There was an outlet close to a mirror in the room, which was fine. The only big concern was that the shower faucet was starting to pull away from the wall, so one hand held it in place while the other pulled to turn the water on. The knob was stripped, which made it very hard to adjust the water temperature. Although happy for the hot shower, I had to dodge in and out so as not to scald myself. I would stay there again, but make sure the shower worked properly upon arrival."

"I wish I could think of one positive thing to say about my stay here. From problems at check in to being unable to contact anyone at the front desk. No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. That was all topped off by coming back at the end of the day to find that my door had been left open by the cleaning staff. The woman who cooked the breakfast was very pleasant."

"I rarely give such low ratings but the room itself was sub par at best. Dirty floor, and the toilet and shower are in one tiny closet-like area and the sink is in the room. No chance for dressing in privacy if you're traveling with older kids. The room was not touched/serviced for the entire 4 day 3 night stay, including removal of trash. We caught one employee in the hall and gave him our soaking wet towels and asked for fresh ones. Came back to room late afternoon and no towels. When we called the desk we were told we'd have to go down to get them. Breakfast room was overwhelmed and ran out of food by 8 am. No forks,muffins, pancakes at various times. No one cleaned tables between families. A trail of water from trash on the floor was a slip hazard. The manager was overwhelmed. Lack of staff?. One of the worst stays and I've had hundreds. Apologies for the length Front desk checkin was great to add a positive note."

"They're no pillows on the bed. There WAS a roll of construction trash bags on the bed. The refrigerator was filthy on the inside and unplugged so, when you open it, you want to vomit. The TV was not even in working order. It looked like the room was still under construction. I immediately left and got another hotel."
