"The best thing about this cabin was the wonderful porch/deck just a few feet from the river and with a view of the mountains. We spent hours sitting on the porch, reading and talking, and waving to the kayakers and rafters who streamed by. In the mornings we watched the fog lift off the mountain and the fog roll down the stream. The full moon over the mountain was wonderful.(I am too persnickety: the porch ceiling and fan were dirty.)We were four old people and found the lightening in the house insufficient for comfortable reading or playing cards. That said, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the cabin, especially the porch!"

Little Piece of Heaven-Covered Porch - WIFI - Gas Grill

"Clean property. Unique location. Nice neighbors. Driveway was very steep - we were on motorcycles and it was doable but it should have been noted in the description. In the winter you'd absolutely need 4WD. The main gripe were rules that made sense of course - however they were presented in a way that felt overbearing (you'd be charged a fee if you didn't take out the garage). Fire pit was for pictures only (very real estate-ish approach) - nowhere to sit and unkept/unfinished. No shampoo and scarce soap. Plus they left coffee and laundry supplies literally for one person for one day. Definitely would not go back especially given the high rate."
