「Beware the pictures showing a pullout couch. Not all rooms, despite being labeled suites, have one (and the alternative is like a double chair, thinly padded, too narrow to sleep on and uncomfortable even as a place to just sit). The front desk staff after some confused promises over several days eventually provided us with a room that did have a true pull-out one. If you need one, contact the hotel directly. Other than that, very nice hotel. The breakfast buffet features some Belgian...

「Relativement proche de Bruxelles en voiture (25km avec accès direct à une voie rapide), et super pratique si on vient en véhicule électrique. 2 bornes compatibles charge map sur place. Tarif au kwh plutôt cher mais on peut laisser recharger la nuit sans supplément quand la charge est terminée au milieu de la nuit. Chambre nickel. 」

「Nice hotel in rural area of Waloon Belgium. Convenient location to visit Waterloo as well as Waloon rural communities. Nice environmentally conscious touches. Delicious Belgian style breakfast, with freshly cooked eggs. Only downside was narrow stairway due to age of property. Would definitely stay here again.」

「A card key did not work at first. A safety box in the room had already locked up and they could not find somebody to open it. I therefore had to move another room.」

「古城ホテルなどとは到底イメージできない近代的で安っぽいホテル。また５つ星とは思えない重たい荷物を各々抱えながら、迷路のようなホテル内を彷徨いながら漸く部屋へ。 しかし窓も小さくベランダもなく、解放感など全くない室内。あまりのショックに全額を捨ててブリュッセルのヨーロピアンスタイルのホテルへ、仕方なく移動したものでした。ほんとうに疲れ切った一日だった。 古城ホテルなどネーミングしないで欲しい。ここは完全に研修所＆スポーツ施設だ。」

「Pænt NOVOTEL"af den lidt slidte type" (hvor prisen er for høj hvis man også tænker på beliggenheden og at der kun er en morgenmadsrestaurant (Hotel garni). Venlig og hjælpsomt personale. der desværre laver granit bacon så man skal have gode tænder!! ;0) 」

「Notre weekend était juste magnifique :) Très bon accueil, la propriétaire de l'hôtel est très sympa et à l'écoute Rien à dire sur la propreté de la chambre et les sanitaires, c'était juste impeccable! Le seul bémol était la disponibilité de la piscine pour les clients de l'hôtel! Des activités pour enfants et adultes en cours ne permettaient pas à en profiter,」
