Small bathroom - usual in Europe Comfortable bed but they use duvets. The sleeper is often too hot when they use the duvet and too cold when the duvet is taken off. The small restaurant was surprisingly good. Overall great place to stay.

As usual the Holiday Inn Express doesn't disappoint, welcoming reception staff and clean rooms. English language TV channels were appreciated after a long journey through Italy and France. Only disappointment was the Airport shuttle timings which were quite different from North American shuttle service. If you arrive well before 17:30 there is quite a long wait. However, the shuttle service was quick with accurate timings.

This propertu is close the the airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The morning buffet hours and shuttle service are limited. We factored having access to the buffet before heading to the airport for an international morning flight but the buffet was not available. The shuttle was convenient.

A typical business travel hotel. Friendly staff at check in and the room was basic. The tap fell off in the shower and the drain was uncovered to keep the water flowing. But room was clean. Breakfast was extremely busy and was good, not many hot options but can get what you need. One coffee machine was broken so there was a long line for the remaining machine. The shuttle goes between two properties and only runs early morning and evening. We hopped on the 6;55am and it was extremely full. Takes about 15 minutes to get to the airport. Hotel is about 10 mins walking to the closest train station to get into Brussels.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning, which made our stay very pleasant. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for the money, and I would definitely recommend it to other travelers. We would gladly stay here again.
