"Such a cute different hotel 5 min walk across train station plaza. Trams and buses right there! Well designed very clean, cheerful room, with good bed and bath. We had a medium sized room which was comfortable for 2. We appreciated the self serve coffee bar on the main floor, open all the time. Breakfast was excellent in terms of selection offered. It was a bit chaotic though. It felt like breakfast ladies simply could not keep up - maybe more help is needed?"

"Stayed 3 days with friends. The staffs are very nice and helpful. Location is good. Close to the all touristy area. The only downside is the sofa bed is dated and the cover is ripped so there’s a big hole on the cushion. They also didn’t refill the coffee and tea, but maybe we have to ask. All on all the hotel is good and recommended for travelers with family or groups."

"The space/amenities in the room were great but not the cleanest. There was also no air conditioning or even a fan and no screens on the windows so having them open left the room covered in bugs. The location was central but did not appear the safest. Also, it stated there was a car park but staff said only on street parking."

"Pros: comfortable bed, hot shower, very nice reception staff, good location near train station and historic part of town, good pricing, was offered free coffee because of my complaints Cons: housekeeping didn’t leave enough towels, looks like didn’t clean the shower either, safe stopped working and they didn’t change the battery while we were there. They nicely provide lemon water and popcorn in the lobby, but lemon water was bitter and popcorn machine looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in months."
