We stayed one night in a room with a leak in the AC so it dripped ALL NIGHT , mold behind the door an a stink. We had two people up to look to try to get the AC going , the first guy shut it off and said don't turn it on because it will leak water, the second said turn it on because it was so hot but said it will just leak. This was 100% and issue they were well aware of long before we arrived. The carpet was soaked just inside the door so you had to walk over it to get to the bathroom, the room was hot and smelled terrible. Zero /10 . I said I wanted a different room, some of my money back or comp the meal (the restaurant was over 100 Euro the night before and when I asked for a vegetarian pizza they said they couldn't do it as the pizza were all frozen and so you could not alter them). We got nothing but a dripping all night , a soaked carpet and all for the tune nearly 500CAD. We have been to 14 countries and this was the worst place I have ever stayed. DO NOT get the family room unless you checked out this is repaired and cleaned properly. I do not give such a terrible review lightly. Most of the time its a "sh*t happens " attitude I have but this was beyond bad.

Space was perfect for our group. Only frustrating thing is that wifi did not work well in our room and is best down in the lobby so just be aware if you will be working or having devices that need it. Good location and very clean, well sized rooms. Parking is 3 levels below ground so just fyi in case anyone struggles with claustrophobia etc. Pool swimming must be booked well in advance as it’s small but nice. I’d book when you check in for the time slot you want during your stay.

Clean room, maybe slightly outdated. Air conditioning isn’t really air conditioning, just blows air. Much cooler to open the door to the balcony which was a lovely touch. Mini fridge for our own drinks and a whole mini kitchen with plates, cutlery and cups etc. you could even cook there if you wish. Bathroom was separate to the toilet which was great. Lovely soft beds. Tv was just basic local channels but didn’t bother us. Overall really good value for money. We ended up paying 2 euros for parking on the public spots outside.

Service is not the best. Lady in the front had an attitude.
