"The staff were very kind throughout my short stay. The rooms were clean. The waffle maker has both strawberry and vanilla flavors which is very nice! There’s also a few restaurant options if you miss breakfast (6a-10a). Exiting the hotel is a bit tricky, but the people of Bay City are very sweet. 10/10 "

"This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. It’s new, extremely clean and comfortable. We were treated with such respect and hospitality at check-in. Breakfast was wonderful and the girl who ran that on Saturday morning was also fantastic. Everyone went out and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I rarely do reviews when I had to do this because people need to know this was a wonderful hotel and a wonderful place to visit. And I’m very fortunate to have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and while this hotel was not on that level as far as amenities and restaurants, etc., the customer service equaled many of those hotels. I was very, very, very pleased with Springhill suites in Frankenmuth."
