「They cancelled my reservation and while they offered to rebook at a Hyatt for us I had to mar at least three phone calls to finally receive my rebooking reservation! I am extremely upset because I chose the hotel specifically for its location and I booked back in October of 2025! Then they cancel the two days before I am to arrive’ seriously! The lame excuse was technical issues which allowed for overbooking! I booked in October! Why did I get moved and then the other hotel was another half...

「Somehow I missed that they did not have a fridge or coffeemaker. When we went to breakfast it was mostly gone and no one was around refilling it, so we waited and then ended up going elsewhere and paying for breakfast. The blinds did not close all the way and our room faced street lights so our room lit up all night. Pillows were good but bed was hard unfortunately. I have a broken foot and when they asked what floor we wanted we said the third so as we didn't hear feet above us as we tried...

「It was great 10 out of 10, if you do plan on coming here, just get the food package, because you’re basically gonna be paying the same amount amount. Dinner at the buffet for adults was $32 and for children. It was around $15 breakfast adults &25 and children $14.. Breakfast and dinner is not included in your reservation. I think it’s beneficial to get the wolf package to $89. 99. The place was really nice. The rooms were excellent had troubles with TV so there’s not really anything to watch...
