「Had to ask to move room as the original one had no window/balcony and next to a noisy server room! We stayed 5nights and for 2/3 of them only had one lift in use. The staff are friendly and helpful but not huge amount of information provided. Overall a nice stay but a few things made it somewhere I wouldn’t stay again (moving room, cold pool on roof top, bathroom layout difficult to get in and out, breakfast ok not a huge choice but again kind of had to work things out for yourself). Could be...

「The room is not in the hotel; it's in the Canifor hotel, the upside of this is you get the Canifor facilities, the downside is getting to the room is the long way.」

「Basic hotel with basic price, no complaints. Definitely can be improved with increased price.」

「Rachel the receptionist was helpful and caring, a true asset to this hotel」

「I was disappointed with my stay at this accommodation and unfortunately cannot recommend it based on my experience. There was no TV or Wi-Fi available for the entire duration of my stay, which was very inconvenient and did not meet my expectations for the accommodation advertised. Communication was also poor. It was difficult to get clear and timely responses when I needed assistance, which made the experience more frustrating. Although I understand that problems can sometimes occur, I would...

「The view, places to eat, and very nice place for our family of 5」

「Excellent hotel and staff. I will look to go back in the future!」

「We used room service as we checked at late night. After eating, I placed the wagon outside my room according to the hotel's instruction, but it remained until the following day. Yes, it was nothing directly to do with my stay itself, but it was a not good feeling. They offer wide range of breakfast buffet, which was not bad. The hotel is located in the centre of St Julian's, which means you can enjoy night lives if you like.」
