The room is not in the hotel; it's in the Canifor hotel, the upside of this is you get the Canifor facilities, the downside is getting to the room is the long way.

Brilliant value. It was basic but it had everything we needed for a small family get away. Basic 2 burner hob and small table top oven to heat things up. Some things we needed to buy to make it a bit more comfortable like dish soap and better bathroom wash. But we had a shop over the road that sells most things and if you get a car you have a Lidl supermarket 10min away

It is nice that my package came with half board. The breakfast is very good. I was just disappointed about how outdated and rough many parts of the hotel look. I stayed on the 4th floor with my family and there is absolutely no WiFi up there, despite the description saying that there is WiFi in the rooms. Apparently there was a leak from our apartment to the one below that we were not aware of so we had to have plumbers in our apartment while we weren’t there. The Cardor part of the complex REALLY needs a lot of work. I cannot imagine how uncomfortable it would be to stay there in the summer. Even the fan in the room didn’t work.

The room was damp, dark and moldy. Ewerything was almost broken, doors, sinks, walls, sofa. I washed my socks in sink and they never got dry (after 3fays I dried to dry rhem with iron, burbir didnt got hot enough). Cleaners came at 9am and start banging the doors. The room was cold. No airconditioner (there were the machine, but no remote). No internet, no tv (there were a tiny tiny one, but remote cost extra).

Stayed in much better hotels for the price

The first apartment they showed me was terrible. It was internal with only one small window which was looking into the shaft. When I refused it because it was boiling hot & claustrophobic they said they had no other rooms available. As I hadn’t actually checked in I was on two minds whether to lose the first nights money and look for somewhere else to stay. Then they actually had two apts to show me instead which actually had balconies. The one I opted for was adequate in the end, but I was very disappointed that the air conditioning was an extra charge on top of the expensive price I had already paid for my stay.
