Amazing hotel with lots of great amenities! Activities for kids and adults, especially liked tge adult infinity pools on the rooftop. The animation team is amazing, very entertaining! It was a beautiful all-inclusive! We loved our experience. Only downfalls are pools are busy, bartenders are sometimes lazy, and the all-inclusive doesn't include EVERYTHING. There are quite a few restrictions.

Great all inclusive hotel for families with excellent facilities and fantastic food in terms of variety and quality as well as kind and attentive staff. The only negatives were that the staff did not explain well at all that the voucher for the a la carte restaurant gave a free meal and the umbrellas in the pool area were only allowed to be raised on 2 of the days in our week apparently due to the wind (so you had to go inside for shade). Overall though this was a great stay and we would highly recommend.
