「とても綺麗で広くて良かったです。」

「年末１２泊しました。部屋の鍵を預けたのですか、鍵がフロントになく部屋に入れたままロックしていると思われマネージャーとともに部屋に入りましたが、鍵はありませんでした。そのときにマネージャーから「本当に鍵をフロントに預けたのか。いつ預けたのか。鍵代を弁償しろ。もう一度フロントに一緒に来い。」と言われました。鍵はフロントの人が間違ったところに置いていることがわかりました。フロントの人は誤ってくれましたが、マネージャーは何も言わず去っていきました。間違いはあると思いますが、確認せずすぐに客の責任にしてしまうのは問題があると思いました。そのほか、フロントの人は親切な人もいました。また掃除をしていた人は丁寧に掃除をしてくれリクエストにもこたえてくれました。」

「Our third stay here and as good as previously. Although the bus station is so near and convenient the hotel is in a quiet location. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Room had everything we needed. Particularly liked the room lighting. Often hotels have bedroom lighting too dim to read by. Reception staff very helpful.. Will stay again.」

「Amazing hotel with lots of great amenities! Activities for kids and adults, especially liked tge adult infinity pools on the rooftop. The animation team is amazing, very entertaining! Also, the breakfast was superb, you could even have a glass of Prosecco 😄 The facilities clean, the staff is really nice! Hope to return next time with all inclusive option!」
