「Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The reception was a lovely smell when you arrive. The only thing which was disappointing was the horrendous smell in the ladies...

「This place was lovely. Very impressed.」

「I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She was so helpful and went out of her way to receive us. She literally followed me out to the car to take our luggage in, she stored it until our room was ready and when we returned everything was in our room. She helped us pull our car out of the parking lot, went out side and waved us on. She helped us find a tour driver, who was equally...

「Haslem Hotel was very helpful leading up to my trip - responsive to calls and emails. The night of check in, they were there when I arrived late (around 10p) and we're extremely kind. The apartment i rented was EXTREMELY spacious. The downside for me was the cleanliness was not the level I expected from reviews. The bathroom had lost of lime buildup and mildew on the shower, there was a bloodstain on my pillow and dried up ... hot chocolate? I hope? on the rug by the bed, and when I noticed a...

「Clean room」

「The check-in Staff were very rude - name was Phoebe - was like she didn't want to work that day. Also had to push to get a room after 15:00 and believe we were given a lower-grade room because was not ready or because of her attitude. Room was not ready until 15:40 and was dirty - biscuit crumbs over the table and book. The hotel is beautiful but staff and first impressions everything - I would stay at the hotel nearby and just have a drink at Titanic Hotel in the future. I reached out to the...

「Would return. Very friendly staff and great with my young daughter from the moment we stepped through the front door.」
