「We stayed here with 2 families, 9 people total and it was perfect! The location within the gates is great, close to St Regis and not far from other beach clubs. We rented an additional golf cart, which worked out perfect for our size crew. The property is brand new, very clean, with great views of the ocean. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The listing and former reviews are all accurate. Wonderful experience. The grounds, pools, and beach access is equally as marvelous. If it matters, the restaurant selection is limited nearby. 20 min drive to Punta Mita for larger selection. We made the trip twice. Only other thing to note is that we lost electricity during an evening rainstorm for 2 hours. It was no hardship at all but I believe it may be a recurring issue. That won’t prohibit us from...
