My experience at Paradise Sunscape was mixed. I arrived with high expectations, anticipating the comfort, relaxation, and top-notch service that an all-inclusive hotel promises. From the start, the staff at the lobby were welcoming, efficient, and ensured a smooth check-in.
The room assigned to me was good—spacious, with a comfortable bed, and a balcony offering a stunning view. The minibar was well-stocked, and the amenities were of high quality. After settling in, I explored the resort, finding a variety of dining options, from local to international cuisine, all prepared with fresh ingredients and served by attentive staff.
However, my experience took an unexpected turn when a staff member approached me during checkin. He offered an invitation to visit the sister property, Doral Flora, promising just a tour, access to luxury facilities, and a special tasting. I accepted, thinking it would be a pleasant addition to my stay.
What I didn’t expect was for this visit to become an intense sales session. Upon arrival at Doral Flora, I was met by a sales team who spent two and a half hours trying to convince me to purchase a membership, despite my repeated refusals. The pressure was overwhelming, and I felt trapped in a situation I couldn’t easily escape.
I found the the aggressive sales tactics left a negative impression, overshadowing what could have been a perfect day. I wouldn’t recommend this experience to any new customers
