Very comfortable hotel.

Very good, comfortable hotel with very tasty breakfasts. Close to the center and local attractions. Coffee, tea, vending machines, microwave and Japanese bath were extra bonuses.

客室もお風呂も綺麗でした。　スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。が、　当日凄く雪が降り　車移動も少し困難に思えたので　チェックインにはまだ早かったのですが、車だけでも先に預けれないかと尋ねてみたが、時間にならないとダメだと言われました。状況に応じての対応が出来ないものかと残念でした。

両親と３人で宿泊 コンフォートだったせいか部屋も広く気持ち良かった 増築のせいで多少館内が迷うけど大きな問題は無し コインランドリーも使いやすかったし室内とはいえ温泉がとても気持ち良かった 朝食もメニューの品数が増えると嬉しいけど金額を考えたら充分な品質 スタッフの方々の対応も気持ち良かった １点だけ、駐車場の出し入れが立体じゃなくてもスタッフの方を呼ぶ必要がありそこは面倒だった でも全体的にレベルの高い施設で満足です

客室は綺麗で清潔感もあり、無料のコーヒーサービスや紙コップと氷（嬉しいです）もあり良かったです。 お風呂は脱衣所もコンパクトで洗面台が2台なので少し窮屈でした。シャワーキャップがあると有り難いです。 立地も良くてまた、利用したいです。

部屋に入ってすぐに異臭。カラオケ店に多い壁に染み付いたタバコのヤニ臭？そして暑い。エアコン28℃は数時間落ち着いてならいいけど、ちょっと辛いです。冷蔵庫の温度も気づくまで低くなくて食材が危険でした。他のアメニティやリネンは良かったです。風呂上がりの部屋はやっぱり臭いし、外出して戻っても臭い。禁煙ルームと銘打ってるのは納得できないレベルです。空気清浄機入れて寝れるレベルです。清掃の不備ではなさそうです。 他は行列ができる朝食は、しじみ汁もあって美味しかったし、フロントの方の対応も良かったです。
