Excellent property & management company

The property was great. Million dollar view, with sugar soft sandy beach, and in easy walking distance of several different restaurants/cantinas. The deck was absolutely spectacular! Plenty of room, comfortable chairs, and the breeze coming in from the water made it a heavenly experience.

Here's a simpler version: I had a great stay at this ocean-view apartment! The view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again!

Slice of heaven on the beach

Awesome property right on the beach. Owners were very attentive and were quick to respond with any and all questions we had before and during our stay. We did go without power and water for several hours but they were on top of it. The condo was great. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again. Close to several restaurants. Construction going on around us wasn’t really an issue.

Great weekend on the beach!

We spent 3 days on the property over a weekend and it was an amazing time. The property is clean and spacious with amazing views. It's close to the beach and the property managers were great. They arranged transportation for us and they were always available anytime day or night to answer questions we had. Highly recommend staying at this penthouse apartment.

I think we. payed too much for the facilities we got. It was an older building with an elevator that was built for two people. The pictures of the unit were somewhat exaggerated. There were steps to the living room and steps to the primary bedroom certainly not a unit for older people. Also the security of our unit was marginal at best.Host was there when we arrived and departed on time and without problems.

The view was amazing, step out of building and within a few steps your on the beach. Manager was very easy to reach and very helpful. Loved the place. Would stay again.

What a beautiful location and wonderful accommodations!

The accommodations were just like the pictures with an amazing view of the whole area from the master bedroom and living room and all of the patios! Very clean and spacious for our six person party and a very comfortable stay. The owner was very prompt in communications and very accommodating. Everyone in our party absolutely loved this place, and a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping for groceries and everything else was ideal.

Absolutely breath taking view and location.

Our stay was fantastic. Great size place for 4 couples. Love the location, walking distance to plenty of wonderful places to eat. Can't beat the view from the deck, unfortunately it was so windy we didn't get to enjoy it much, but I would for sure rent this place again when we go back in hopes to use it. Very easy access from beach, the elevator was helpful for anyone not able to climb the steps.

Beautiful location!

The location of this property is great! The management was very responsive. In our opinion there were some things that would have been nice such as a full size coffee maker, kitchen linens, wash cloths - all of which are mentioned on the website. The unit could use some upkeep/updates but we really enjoyed our time!! We recommend staying here!

Amazing house

The owner was super attentive and responded very quickly. The house was beyond what we were expecting. The balcony views are priceless. There is a very fun beach bar right next to the building to enjoy some cocktails and food. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in the area.

Perfect location

First of all you can't beat the location. The view and acces to the beach is second to none. The property is spacious the beds were comfortable. Now what stopped this property from being 5 star. The Pent house is on the 5th & 6th floor. The elevator does not work from the looks of it it hasn't worked in years. My brother has a broken leg so imagine up and down 5-6 flights of stairs everyday. The second thing is the rooftop beds had no bedding so they weren't usable. The staff response was timely when we had issues. Overall if not for the elevator it would be 5 stars. There's a lot of construction but that's out of the owners hands.

The owner is very helpful. He responds quickly and does what he can via email to recommend things, which can be great. The condo is on a nice strip of sand with a few eateries in walking distance. It's really safe to walk day or night. There is construction and some inoperable buildings around the walking path, but it's easy to overlook that. The condo is nice. It could use some tender love and care. The Master suite was REALLY nice. The other rooms were just ok and needed some deep cleaning. Disposing of waste was brought to our attention when booking, but it became an issue during our week's stay. Contacting on-site assistance was a delay for towels or operating the tv's and trash removal, but we were eventually helped. The owner made a lot of our arrangements before arrival. This was really helpful. We were able to do many things. The key thing to remember is that everything moves on island time. I will say that if you are looking for Things to do, it might be better to stay near downtown. But if you're looking for quiet relaxation with an amazing view, this is your place.

Fabulous oceanfront beach vacation

My husband and 3 adult children stayed here for a week Dec 5th - Dec 12th. This beautiful condo was perfect for us. Visiliy and Anna are very accommodating and responsive hosts and will help you with whatever you need. They scheduled our airport transportation for us and our drivers were great- they even arranged a stop at the supermarket on our way to the beach condo so we could get some breakfast items and as well as beer and liquor. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. The views of the ocean are spectacular as advertised and even better in person. The modern kitchen is well stocked for all of your needs. We loved hanging out on the balconies for breakfast and in the evenings. Most nights we slept with the doors open to enjoy the fabulous breeze and hear the waves. We are used to having a pool at our properties but we did not miss it. There are plenty of lounge chairs, there was always a breeze on the beach and the ocean was the perfect temperature to take a dip to cool off. This is an awesome location as there are great restaurants within walking distance and a market nearby. We highly recommend Toc which is a 5 min walk down the beach and Citrus Fusion which is a 10 min walk in town. There is a pizza vendor on the beach, they wear a red shirt, who will take your order and deliver it to you and it is surprisingly very good. We highly recommend the day trip to Saona Island. It is so beautiful. We negotiated and purchased for $65 per person. Includes transportation, bbq on the beach and drinks. We really enjoyed this vacation and would highly recommend staying here. It truly is paradise.

Amazing views - Great place with a few "nits"

The views from the unit can't be outdone! The neighborhood is nice and seems safe and there are restaurants, convenience/bodegas, and a grocery a 10 minute walk. The food was excellent – 2 restaurants within 100ft. Water cooler and several large bottles provided. Agent was responsive with questions. Regarding electricity charge, we kept BRs and LR cool with AC wall units on a lot. Bill for 5 days was $238. May be more or less for others. A few nits: first, we got stuck in the small, sketchy elevator on check-in because the agent was the third person in despite her saying 2 people only. It’s really 2 only! We never took the elevator again. Kitchen seemed redone, but other parts need updating. Showers were weak, one never had hot water. 2nd, the glass doors from the LR to the patio didn’t close completely - wind/breeze made a 24/7 whistling sound and it was hard to cool down the LR. Third, patio and roof area are convenient with amazing views. However, the chaise lounges are partially broken and a little ratty. Also, fabric on the two roof beds is sun-rotted and tears. Last, the 2 exterior locks, while functional, aren’t very confidence-inspiring. For a relatively low cost they could replaced/beefed up to give guests peace of mind. These nits aren’t saying it’s not worth staying but, future guests might like to know details like these to make an informed decision. If they don’t bother you, the location and view will make your stay well worth it.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON

I booked this house 4 months in advance. It was my son’s graduation trip. We returned home from dinner to someone in the house our first night who ran and hid. I yelled at him to leave and thank goodness he did. When I called the property contact he didn’t answer so I called the assistant (his cousin). She said it was a relative and not to worry about it. She could give me no explanation as to why he ran when he saw us or why someone had access to our rental without our permission. We didn’t stay one night in the house and had to spend $9000 on a resort that had availability at the last minute. Once settled into the resort (3 am) I emailed the property contact. He was unapologetic and said we “asked for linens” and the guy brought them while we were there. Then he said “no one was in the house” like we were making this up. This is a very sketchy area and I wouldn’t let my dogs stay in that house. I wish I could post the actual pictures of what it looks like. It does not look like the pictures on HomeAway and the places within “walking distance” are not worth risking your safety to get to. I’m glad we have the means to afford another place at the last minute but not everyone does. I met a lady at the resort who had a similar experience and had to cut her vacation short because she had to book a resort. While sharing our stories, we discovered her house was in the same exact location but one building behind us. I travel often and was just in the Dominican this January. I have never had such a horrible, scary experience. Please anyone reading this- share with someone who’s thinking about traveling to the Dominican. Do not book through this owner OR through Everything Punta Cana website (the property contact’s company). I have an active complaint with HomeAway and have also asked for a refund which I will not get. I will do whatever it takes to ensure this doesn’t happen to another family. PLEASE SHARE!

Beautiful views

Beautiful condo with a lot of space and great views. Property managers were very accommodating. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen could use a little updating....no oven and only 2 burners on the stove work.. Water was a little rough and a lot of seaweed. Well worth the stay.

Amazing stay with great view

I stayed in this beautiful place with my wife, and we both really loved it. Next time we will definitely come with our friends. Vasiliy was very helpful, and besides the place to stay, he helped us with transport and excursions, which indeed helped us to enjoy our stay for all 100%

Fantastic view and hospitable owner

The penthouse has a unique ocean view, actually the best in the area. I walked around the neighborhood and there is no other place like this. The penthouse is just enormous and the terrace on the roof is spacious - an ideal place for sunbathing or BBQ. Owner Vasiliy is a great man. He is always there to help you with anything you need, and can answer any questions you might have. Recommended.

Great Place!

The house is gorgeous! Great for big groups, we had 10 friends and had an amazing time! The host/owners were extremely attentive and very helpful . If we return to Punta Cana, we will definitely stay here again.

The beach perfect beach house

We had 3 nights at the end of of a trip , I wish we had stayed here the whole 8 days , the house was exactly what one dreams of a beach house being. Views every direction, walls that open to the outside, beds outside. Just amazing. We plan on returning in January.

The best experience ever

The best experience ever for all our group! It is the best ocean view I've ever seen. We spent almost all the time at the balcony and terrace drinking and talking. The beach is absolutely the best. Vasiliy organized us a private yacht tour. It was above all our expectations.
