I enjoyed staying there the only thing was bookkeeping I feel they need to keep better track on who coming to stay because they were not aware of my reservation when I first arrived but other than that staff was very nice

Boa hospedagem, local limpo, próximo à praia, cafés e restaurantes. No entanto o quarto que ficamos estava com um cheiro de mofo, acredito que pela umidade do banheiro.

The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again.

Ótimo custo benefício. O hotel é simples, pequeno, não possui café da manhã, mas limpo, um bom ar condicionado, quarto com ótimo tamanho, frigobar e microondas e um bom chuveiro. Localizado há cerca de 15 minutos andando da praia, em um bairro tranquilo e com opções de restaurantes.

It was better than expected. Clean, walking distance to public beach, staff is great. Air conditioning, the rooms are clean and nice. Outside are is clean. Safe.

Everything was great about the stay, nothing to complain! The check in was super easy; the host coordinated with me on my arrival time and was available to show me around the property, give me dinner recommendations etc. The room was cozy and clean. My rental car was parked in front of the property during the nights and it was completely safe. It's in a quiet block (don't mistake "quiet" for "shady"!), but also very close to all the restaurants and the beach. Most importantly, I traveled solo, and I felt super safe within and around the hotel - it was perfect for my needs.

A nice hotel with a very poor management. The manager is not on the location and doesn’t respond to texts or phone on a timely manner. The reception area is full of junk and they put under age girl who has no idea what yo do . The management has to work on their communication skill. The hotel is really nice

Very disappointing! This is actually a motel, not a hotel. It is located in a rundown residential neighborhood, and unsafe area. There are multiple empty lot on the street where houses haven’t been built. Many of these empty lots are trash dumping ground. There’s no reception area. You have to ring the bell from the street which is answered by the caretaker of the property who does not speak English at all. Therefore, communication is extremely challenging in case you have a question or need something. You can hear the street noise in the room loudly. Although, I paid for 3 nights, I checked out next day. They didn’t refund me for the 2 unused nights. In summary, if safety and convenience to the beaches is your priority, this location does not satisfy the requirements.

It was an extremely well kept property. Located on a quiet block. Safe, secure, amongst many upscale real estate properties and walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. The staff were very accommodating and made it feel like home. Large referigator and plateware made it possible to maintain food and drinks in the room. The accommodations were exceptional and after such a grear experience I have decided to make this hotel my preferred place to stay when in Punta Cana. I highly recommend Noé Hotel.

This property was very clean and quiet. Google maps did not get the cab driver there and even though the operating hours say 11pm, we woke up a tenant to let us in. It is budget friendly and a 10 minute walk to beaches and restaurants.
