Medium size

I loved the place right on the beach and close to everything restaurants, bars, shopping dominican style and lots of mini markets. Some apportionments are more newer than others but if i missed something the manager (Linda) had it for me the next day very good service with her. The pool is very clean and well kept. On the beach the is a person who checks that only the resident from the appartmenets are on the beach chairs provided with the rent and beach towels also. Some units have washing machines and if not you us the ones that the maids use. Over all i would recommend this place. Also the beach is cleanded regularly.

Why did I get married podcast

The house is perfect for a group of two or maybe a family with a small child. Very clean and comfy. Perfect location and it it was just right to shoot our podcast. We went in the raining season on purpose just to catch the island in a state that we hardly see when we visit the resorts. This was our longest stay in Punta cana 18 days which 10 were spent in this apartment. Your literally on the beach. Very secure 24/7 and the one gate you even have your own key to enter and exit. Uber picks you up right on the spot within 3 minutes but if your staying local it’s plenty to do. A small casino, plenty of eateries, I would suggest kats korner for breakfast. And I even got a haircut during my stay. Plenty of excursions but always always always negotiate the price after hearing it. Trust me. There is also a team of house keepers who are there to take trash etc they are very kind people. We left them everything we could to show we really appreciated them. The entire neighborhood is what people should experience when coming to Punta cana. This was the best stay and the first one we did OFF THE RESORT! Thanks Linda for your professionalism.
