"Nice Hotel and Restaurant with good food. Had a cocktail at the bar before dinner & bartender friendly but a bit overworked…tending bar & serving. Had an issue with room key not working & needed assistance from front desk who then needed assistance from property manager. No big deal but did dampen our spirits a bit having to wait to get in our room after a nice dinner. Checkout staff uninterested and not even a “thanks & have a nice rest of your trip” 🙁"
