「This is a wonderful old hotel with lovely old beams and lots of nooks and crannies, room was great, staff were great and food was great. An ideal base for Arundel and the South Downs. 」

「The condition of the building is tired. All the sash windows had broken sash chords. The heating on a cold night was barely adequate - I got into a comfortable and clean bed to keep warm. Lovely towels on a heated towel rail made it a pleasure getting out of the shower. I was kept waiting 45 minutes for breakfast because the chef was not informed I was going to be there .
