「Handig, je zit vooraan met hotel, word je minder lastig gevallen door de kinderen en volwassenen, pas op dat zijn zakkenrollers, vraag een kamer aan de achterkant, minder overlast, zo wie zo hoor je ‘s nachts mensen schreeuwen en honden , matras keihard」

「This is an old a little run down but for transfer divers it is great . My dive resort offered to pick me up at the airport the next morning for free , I opted to pay a taxi driver 50RM , about $15 USD . So worth it because the town is fun at night , many local restaurants, many gift shops , even a place to exchange money . Massage was about $25 USD , legitimate massage . The seafest hotel is at the ideal spot but that was sold out . This one was perfect , I even had a great view of the water ....

「Much better than expected after reading the other reviews. By standards of Semporna, this hotel is very good. My room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff members were nice, but completely failed at the one thing people actually come to Semporna for - information about day trips to the nearby islands. It felt like I was the first person to ever ask them about going to Mabul or Mataking. To be fair all “sales” people in Semporna were like this so not just an issue in this hotel. 」

We only received a reply on the day of arrival, which is completely unprofessional. When we arrived at Lato Lato Resort, we were not assisted properly and were told the resort was overbooked. 「The airport transport was nearly one hour late... There instruction was to send me the license plate with no further comments. Another guy at the airport explained it to me and looked for my taxi. (the driver didn't get out of the car and helped me at all) At the hotel the gave me a rm which I couldn't log the door, due to the fact I was the only guest, I felt safe.
