"Immediately upon arrival, we were greeted with the warmest of smiles. All of the hotel staff was absolutely friendly, kind and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The pool area was quiet and clean. And, there was a beach within short walking distance. We only stayed one night this time but would definitely stay here again. Thank you~"

"Lovely hotel with stunning views. This is our second trip to Pula to see a concert at the Pula Arena and our second stay at the Park Plaza. Both times the staff have been helpful but on this occasion they were extra helpful as one of our friends broke her foot in town on the first night. The hotel arranged for a taxi to A&E and then moved our friend from the Mariana Wing (with stairs) to the main hotel with no fuss or bother. They also recommended an orthopedic company to hire a wheelchair from for the duration of the trip. Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is very good and pool and surrounding areas really nice. Highly recommend."

"Getting to the hotel by car is easy, park at the bottom of the stairs and check in. Bottom of the stairs is not a parking spot but it was ok to park at the curb and check in. Hotel is old but it was clean and the air conditioner worked well. Hotel is within walking distance to most of the things to do there and there is food nearby you just need to walk about 10 to 15 minutes. Hotel parking is 2 minutes walk from hotel. Breakfast was minimal but good enough for me. Area was very safe no worries. Not a new hotel so don’t expect a 5 star hotel some things are old but everything works as it should and overall a good place to stay for the price."

"Had a bad start to this stay as the hill view room we were booked in was occupied when we arrived, This was a little concerning as we walked into a room where someone was staying (they were not in at the time). We were then moved to an apartment room which was nice although the WiFi did not work very well. The staff quickly refunded the difference in room price and they were very apologetic and helpful. The room we had was clean and comfortable with a good bed and bathroom. The breakfast offering at the hotel was terrible with a lack of staff on hand and a poor selection. This really does need to be improved as it is very basic and let the stay down. Hotel has good free parking and is a 20 min walk from the centre of Pula."
