「Great stay and staff.」

「Our favourite hotel in Peru so far. The beds were comfy, the view overlooking the city is spectacular, hot showers and the biggest spread for breakfast. Its a bit of a walk up the narrow streets but so quiet and peaceful once you arrive. The staff is very friendly and speaks English. We Highly recommend.」

「Excelente buena ubicación y limpieza」

「I messaged the hotel beforehand that I will check in late as I am coming from Machu Picchu. I asked them to make sure that someone is in the reception to open the door for me. And Rodrigo was there to open the door for me. He even put the bag I asked them to store for me while I was in Machu Picchu in my room.」

A few things could be improved: the shower was only about five feet tall, so I couldn’t stand comfortably underneath it, and the grout needs a deep clean because it was discolored and had mildew. I also wish the staff spoke both Spanish and English, which would make communication easier for more guests. There didn’t seem to be...

「Friendly staffs, clean room and property, modern design,」

「All staffs are very friendly. Room is clean. Breakfast is excelent. Highly reccomended.」

「The best place to stay in Cuzco. I spent 12 nights in this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast and amenities are aligned with those of a 4- or 5-star hotel. The staff were very friendly. Last but not least, the hotel is very close to the city centre (5-minute walk). If I had to come back to Cuzco soon, I would definitely book this hotel again.」
