On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "If you’re needing a place to stay at the airport this is the hotel! Check in was super fast and easy. The room was spacious and had several amenities. You also get to pick the view you want which is a great perk. The water station was a highlight for me, they also offer free breads, baguettes, butter and condiments. The kitchen also gave delicious options. The room is very modern and comfortable. The shower/toilet area has virtually no privacy, we don’t mind but others may. The only con we found was that our neighbours kept opening and slamming their door which shook our room and was very loud. I would absolutely stay here again and would look for CitizenM Brand in the future. "

"Very good hotel.Plenty of shuttle buses to take you to and from the park.The kitchen was adequate for making breakfast etc and a bakery was just along the road that did lovely filled baguettes etc. The swimming pool was good.The shopping centre was a 10 minute walk away and had restaurants."
