Both bedrooms have an attached bathroom, a spacious walk-in closet, and ultra-comfortable king-size beds. The master bedroom has huge windows that are lovely to wake up to or watch the sunset.

All windows and sliding doors have custom blackout blinds to prevent sunlight entering the rooms when you want to sleep in or take a mid-day siesta.

NOTE: There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends (white noise machines are provided).

Neighborhood
The Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town AKA Emiliano Zapata is the most happening part of Puerto Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo Street is the most popular street and is only one block south of the D'esire building.

The beach is a short walk, just 2 blocks west where you'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc.

Other things to note
Visitor’s policy: Visitors are allowed (2 per time), from 9 am to 11 pm, they must register at the front desk and leave an ID. They are also allowed to use the common areas.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
Renters must be at least 25 years old.
Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
